Stable version for Dev A, with ROMFS fully enabled, with proper rcS script that works with QGroundControl

After build and flash, verify the following:

syslog and nsh is available through UART6 port
QgroundControl could connect to Dev Board with USB connected
Qground control can see the following readings, after vehicle type selection and sensor calibration steps, and reboot
