Added IRC Channel for Community #40

I just added #resea IRC channel to Freenode for low bandwith community users.

I haven't tested but how about using irc.gitter.im instead?

i used irc.gitter before, it wants gitter account for login. But freenode IRC server is more flexible in that case and many of open source projects are on freenode. Also IRC is good from an old marketing standpoint for this kind of project :)

While I tend to be offline on IRC, that sounds a good idea to me.
