Use devbox install action instead of manually installing devbox
Update cache action to v4
Update codecov action to v4
Remove unnecessary nix flakes
replace deprecated gomock library with go.uber.org/mock/gomock and regenerate mocks
Simplify the coverage output by removing unnecessary tools as codecov now understands coverage.out
