Create VM Template vs Image

Describe the solution you'd like Currently, it looks like it is creating a VM Image in Prism Central vs a VM Template. When coming from VMWare we are more used for Packer to create a VM Template that you can use for provisioning new VMs. The VM Image I have also creates an image for each of the drives. Ideally, it would also create a VM Template in Prism Central to provision new VMs from. Am I missing anything?

packer-plugin-nutanix version (use packer plugins installed): Packer v1.10.2
Packer version (use packer version): Packer v1.10.2
OS (e.g. from /etc/os-release): RHEL 9.x
