Can you confirm that this YAML file is generated by running the "make manifests" command on the "pre-webhook" main branch and picked from config/crd/bases/ndb.nutanix.com_databases.yaml?
I see some of the defaults are reverted to old ones (before webhook PR changed the defaults), so double-checking.
