Update CSI Snapshot component to version 6.0.1
Update snapshot controller architecture to HA deployment
Fix RBAC for v6.0.1
update CRD to v6.0.1
update chart version to v6.0.1 to match with snapshot component
add antiAffinity rules for snapshot controller and webhook
