[Imprv] add disable_monitoring option to module ntnx_karbon_clusters #455

At the moment, there's no implementation of disable_monitoring option in ntnx_karbon_clusters.

disable_monitoring option can be set from NKE 2.8 when cluster is created as mentionned https://portal.nutanix.com/page/documents/details?targetId=Nutanix-Kubernetes-Engine-v2_8:top-deploy-kubernetes-cluster-t.html.

The only way to use this option is from GUI or API call as mentionned here

Should it be possible to add this option in a quick release ?
