Twilio is now fully functional out of the box to notify critical events via EMAIL, TXT/SMS or Phone call using Twilio and new twsas command to create user defined notifications based upon alarm state events and simple REGEX pattern matching. You will need a free Twilio and SendGrid account to use this feature and the phone numbers you call and emails you send to must be validated and trusted before you can send.
