New data has functional group designations.

Prior to replacing data was backed up as dev_db_dump_2020-06-02.sql locally.

Uploaded with 'correct-sevi-mass-2008-2018.sql'

Some values changed dramatically, some QC is in order on next data output.

Cover uploaded with 'correct-sevi-cover-2008-2018.sql'

Previous cover was aggregated to max cover per species per year by site PIs. Our database outputs the same aggregation into full_cover, but now separate seasonal surveys are stored if ever needed.
