Upload Veluwe 2019 and 2020 data and fix 2018 biomass data: veluwe.nl 2019 (Year 2) #322

Ciska Veen writes that biomass was reported in 0.2 g m-2 in 2018 and 2019 and not scaled up on our end. In addition, litter was initially omitted in 2018 due to very dry year and ID issues, but after closer inspection appears valid. So 2018 should probably just be reentered with new data.

Attached data correctly reports biomass in g/m2 for 2018 and 2019.

2019 and 2020 uploaded in 'import-veluwe-2019-2020.sql'

2018 biomass also reuploaded with new data from Ciska Veen. This includes litter data that was previously not provided. It also scaled biomass to correct units.
