import new sampling data: azitwo.cn 2019-2020 (Year 1-2) #359

Entered with 'import-azitwo-2019-2022'

In this script, I hid the 2018 (pre-treatment) data as it provided plot numbers but no treatment info. 2019, 2020, and 2022 data had treatment and block numbers, but no plot numbers so it was impossible to reconcile the two. The plot numbers for 2019 on are currently assigned by me so meaningless but consistent in those years.

I have emailed Zhengwei Ren to request plot scheme, sampling dates, taxa info, and confirmation that 2021 was skipped.

2018 (with plot numbers) and 2021 data received and entered with 'import-azitwo-2018-2021.sql'
