import new sampling data: cereep.fr 2019-2020 with multi-season sampling #361

Data uploaded with 'import-cereep-2019-2020.sql'.

Cover data for 2019 in extra sampling dates is masked from full cover output, but is visible in full_cover_by_date.

PAR data not reported, emailed Xavier and Amandine to see if it exists.
