Spring and Fall data in separate excel docs in respective year folders

uploaded with 'import-sevi-2019-2020.sql'

Should follow up with site PI on two things: 1) missing taxa info 2) biomass aggregated to total when previous years were split out.

Tim Ohlert has provided both of these, still need to update.

taxa info and functional group biomass data added to original script and uploaded. previously entered total biomass deleted in that script as well.
