fix taxa label: bayr.de 2016 #374

Many plots in pre-treatment data have Elymus repens with high values - these should all be Festuca rubra.

This was confirmed to be a transcription error by Yujie Niu and Max Schuchardt by looking at the original data sheets which had F. rubra recorded.

Upon further review, many data were incorrectly digitized. Waiting for Bayreuth crew to resend 2016 data and check other years.

Max Schuchardt re-entered the 2016 June date. There were many transcription errors from paper to digital.

I re-uploaded with data with 'correct-bayr-cover-2016.sql'
