fix taxa label: cereep.fr 2012 (y0) #375

Agrostis capillaris is most common species in Y0, and then disappears.

Xavier Reynauld writes that in spring 2013 when inflorescenses appear, it became apparent that this was like Anthoxanthum odoratum, which matches subsequent years. They will continue to look for data on their end, but making the change for now.

All Agrostis capillaris changed to Anthoxanthum odoratum in 2012.

Found in file 'correct initial dominants.sql'
