Some notes:

1) The examples in the spreadsheet were for NutNet data, so I wasn't 100% sure how to populate the "plan" page for DRAGNet and took my best stab. I'm happy to update it of course if a different format is preferred!

2) We included light- and darkly-pigmented cyanobacteria biocrusts as "taxa" categories for our own records. I included them here as well, but can definitely remove them if you think they may cause confusion/issues down the line.

3) Likewise, in the "cover" page, we included trace amounts of species for our own records. They are indicated in the "cover" column as <1, but I can remove them as well if that is too weird for the typical format.

3) Our "biomass" page includes some of the categories we discussed in May by email that are not listed on the protocol, including "cactus" and "standing dead" (there is no way to know if it is from the past year or earlier). We also indicated the current year with "Green" because we aren't 100% sure some of the plants are from this year either. I hope this is alright. Happy to chat it out so we make sure to update it correctly and use the best approach in future years.

4) There were some unknown species in the NutNet data. In those cases, we left the "tax" column blank and included our notes/guesses from the field in the "note_taxa" column.
