Biomass not scale up (still 0.2g/m2) PAR data in email from Anita, but it was cloudy and it looks unreliable.

Biomass 2022 not yet sorted.

More of a backlog than realized.

Lookout 2019-2022 uploaded with 'import-look-2019-2022.sql'. No reliable par data in 2021 (cloudy), biomass still pending for 2022. In 2022, plot 15 had a downed tree covering it so no biomass or par data, and cover data is only 'woody debris', causing it to now show up in comb-by-plot
