Correct CEREEP biomass categories 2012-2017 #386

Biomass was sorted to vascular and bryophytes, but lumped into total on upload until 2017 (2018 was uploaded as separate).

Will reupload and sort categories.

Upon further discussion, vascular includes litter and live (though there's very little litter). So need to take care that this doesn't end up in live_mass in comb-by-plot

Trying to find unique solution for CEREEP is going to make comb_by_plot categories too complicated. So reverting back to early approach of calling everything TOTAL (unsorted in comb_by_plot).

Fixed in 'corrections-site-inventory-2022.sql'
