saved csv files as jena-VARIABLE-2016-new.csv (par, mass, cover, etc)
Used pivot table to figure out which plots were missing: Plot 3: Missing replicate 2 Plot 22: Missing replicate 1
Actually now that I am sitting at my desk and thinking clearer, what I will do is just use the biomass of the first replicate for these two plots. So I'll multiply the biomass of plot 22 and 3 by 2 (grams per 0.1m2 -> grams per 0.2m2), then upload it along with the rest of the data (which will all get summed together and multiplied by 5: grams per 0.2m2 -> grams per m2).
herbs lost for plot 20 as well; deleting values for incomplete clip strip, just using the values for the second clip strip
re-import (cover, mass, par) complete with import-jena-2016-new.sql
PAW: June 2016 biomass was only showing legumes and bryophyte in a small number of plots. Upon inspection max(date) was uploaded in original import. So full_biomass was producing correct (sums anyways) but full_biomass_by_date was wrong. Fixed in original import script.
Received 27-June-2018 .xls file placed in 2016 data working directory
*Email from Anne: We fund some errors in the 2016 dataset we sent earlier (I think last year). Would be great if you could replace these data with the attached ones. Please note: For the June biomass we had some trouble with our samples- some are lost etc. That means, you should put a NA for the total biomass for all plots in June (we talked about that in Jena).
