How do you know the locations of stop signs in order to place them in the map?

More in general, do you have a reference for how the map is built?

@SaraMo14 in general, the map objects are annotated through a combination of looking at the sensor data, at open-source tools (e.g. Google Maps, Google Street View) and physically going to the various locations
