Update evaluate.py to get aligned text results #905

@parhe1ion pls include a short description for your PR (e.g. why is this PR needed? What does the printout look like before and after?)

When the Object Class name is too long, the printout will be misaligned.

For example: In my training progress, the previous printout is like image

And after this change, the printout new be like image
