Started Japanese translation #138

Should path be values-ja/strings.xml instead of values-jp/strings.xml?

jp is an ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code. ja is an ISO 639-1 language code.

@jigbits The translation process has now evolved such that an online application is available for anyone interested to be part of the Daily Dozen App Translation Volunteer Team. The team works with Steven Litrov (@salitrov) the Global Volunteer Director.
