If I eat 1 serving a kale, do I get to check off both cruciferous and greens? Or do I need to eat 2 servings and 1 counts for cruciferous and 1 for greens?
I guess it is not that important. Just don't stick to eating kale only, just to cheat the system, because you would only cheat yourself. Mix it up a little, than everything is fine.
