26 translating string resources to german

@MovGP0 Thanks for the Pull Request. However, can you please raise the Pull Request against the v11 branch? v11 is the branch for the next release and will be merged into master when it is ready to be released.

@slavick you don't need to close the PR for that. I've just needed a rebase from master to v11 to do so.

btw: you might want to consider Semantic Versioning (ie. release/11.0.0) instead of that vXX versioning scheme.
