Add kohlrabi, romanesco, cauliflower & cabbage types #85

I suggest to add romanesco (broccoli), kohlrabi, colourful cauliflower and 3 cabbage types.

@dimqua Thank you for your PR. Unfortunately, it cannot be merged without also providing the translations for the changes that you have made. The translations are necessary because by adding an item to the list of cruciferous vegetables, the videos links will be broken for all of the other translations.
