new feature for the sugar details on the 2018 label #103

to have a 2018 label feature where

Sugars should be unbolded and should be moved up right under fiber.

this is to accommodate canadian labels

the setting will be indentSugarAndRemoveBoldStyleFor2018Label

bug on the default value of indentSugarAndRemoveBoldStyleFor2018Label. it should be false by default and not true
