Ik heb geprobeerd minimaal vast te leggen waaraan het toevoegen van documenten moet voldoen.

Not sure if i'm capable of approving this, but here are my 2cents:

The second paragraph contains information which is also applicable to the extra documents mantioned in alinea 3 right? So when I read this, the information is a bit all over the place.

Perhaps first explain how a document can be added (binary format), than 2 paragraphs with the 2 use cases (ZIBs without fhir representation, additional documents) should be linked to the composition. End with the section about the $document operation.

@stevenvegt , I rearranged the text. Is it now more readable. Was thinking about adding some partial composition resource, but did not want to add too much info.
