Add EventStore API spec to docs #32

Is missing right now. Do we want to keep it that way?

I think it needs some documentation, which is 2-fold:

  1. technical docs for developers (how does it work)
  2. docs for administrators (although its scope is larger than just the event store; this is missing in general)

One other thing I'm missing now that I started playing with NATS is a description of which events to listen to from an application developer. Most are in-node communication that is not interesting for me. Maybe even put events in different topics for different applications using that node..?
