SSO RFC uses wrong endpoint type identifier prefix #45

In the rfc the urn:oid:1.3.6.1.4.1.54851.1 is used. According to https://nuts-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/latest/pages/technical/identifiers.html this is the consent-type prefix. One of these is wrong.
