Cake when examples over RFCs are not kept up 2 date #21

Multiple RFCs have example for the same subject. Only one RFC actually defines the structure the other just lists it for convenience. If the second RFC at any point in time has the wrong example: @stevenvegt and @reinkrul will treat every contributor with cake.
