Bug - Unexpected background scale in editor #29

Issue description

When clicking the What is a nutshell? button in the Nutshell editor, the text pops up as desired, but the background of the webpage also scales up.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Got to the Nutshell editor
Click the What is a nutshell? button
See things happen

What's the expected result?

The background is expected to not respond to the button

What's the actual result?

The background gets bigger when the text is expanded

Suggestion

Perhaps the information buttons should create balloons rather than expansions? I feel like this is a more typical behavior.

Closing as minor issue. Added future label so we can get back to it if we have a bunch of time in the future.
