[x] Add FCM credentials to android docs

[x] Menu button on nutshell
- [x] Report as abusive
- [x] Block user
[x] Make admin screen
- [x] Only available to users marked as special/{uid}/{ admin: true }
- [x] Displays reported content
- [x] delete button (that saves the nutshell and user data in separate collection)
- [x] Ban/unban user button (be sure to add to queries that grab users and nutshells)

Ended up not deleting but marking nutshells censored so that they are still visible on user's profiles but not in feed
