Feature - No new Nutshells message #38

It might be nice to build functionality that displays a message at the top of your Nutshell feed when there are no new Nutshells to read. Example: You're all caught up! No new Nutshells to read

Can you show me what you mean? I've not encountered this functionality in the app.

To me it wasn't clear that his card meant there were no more Nutshells. I've added an All caught up! message to the top of this card for clarity, see dev_textImprovement
