Re:corporate identity I am not a far of the term and generally feel like culture is something that is described and not created by naming it.
That said, I love operating principles so perhaps it's just a matter of terminology.
Re: logo don't sweat it too much. All first logos (google/twitter) were shit. I like the idea of minimalism and a squirrel or acorn.
Re: Corporate Identity In this case I actually meant it more like huisstijl, but quickly went more deeply into what we want the company to be. This is not very important, but huisstijl might be. Less for the MVP though.
Several cool options: Minimalist Acorn Minimalist Acorn 2 Squirrel + Nut
I love the material design one:
The squirrel is very cute though, the acorn with dots on it is not my fave because of the texture.
Suggestion by Marianne: acorn hat tips open, envelopes fly in.
Logo
Although not essential to the MVP, getting our recognizability settled with a great logo can only aid our cause.

Corporate identity
Will need to be thought of. Can be added to MVP in the form of an About Nutshell (Nutshell in a Nutshell? ;) )
