Default cell alignments for HTML and LaTeX #29

The default cell alignments in HTML and LaTeX are all centered, but the markdown and console output aligns text to the left and numbers to the right. HTML and LaTeX should be made consistent.

LaTeX output uses default alignments. Still haven't implemented in HTML.
