make formal arguments for cell attribute dust bunnies #5

Right now, the ... accept any named argument. That makes a little bit of sense for dust_colnames and dust_head_halign which will accept arguments named after the col_name. It doesn't make sense for the cell-based bunnies, most of which seem content with the three arguments row, col, and colname. Those three arguments should be formalized for these dustbunnies.

The interface has been completely rewritten, and this is no longer an issue.
