Add some progress info into install.sh

Added progress indication when running from command line based on the “echo” command.

In my install try, no reboot was needed all services were up instantly after install.

Same...

Put it in there for good measure anyway.

I added it as a safety measure anyway. I know its not needed, but extra peace of mind
