Empty docstring does not seem to add any value.
Removing them allows having a cleaner file at the end.
With Ruff formatting, the generated code is more compact.

In some cases, empty docstrings were not generated.
Now, in all cases, empty docstrings are not generated.

Purpose of the pull request
Empty docstring does not seem to add any value. Removing them allows having a cleaner file at the end. With Ruff formatting, the generated code is more compact.
