Purpose of the pull request
This makes the build fully parallel and hence speeds up the build drastically.

Making use of matrix strategy for Github Actions

This depends on #54

@nutti in order to merge this PR, you need to disable the "required" flag on the "Build modules" in the "Branch protection" of the master branch.

And instead, have the "required" on all the new build jobs.
