2.83.9 has a regression regarding pydoc generation. Let's better wait for 2.83.10 before updating fake-bpy-module. Or we can use 2.83.8 instead.

According to upstream, they do not intend to fix this in 2.83:

Blendify: The issue shouldn't affect the output of the API documentation so there is no real need to have it fixed

So I guess we can just use 2.83.9.
