Objective performance test against other note-taking apps

I want to test our app's performance against other note-taking apps so we can have a yardstick for improvement. We need an objective way of measuring:

• [ ] Memory usage (Zero notes. Many notes. Many notes, folders, and tags)
• [ ] Power consumption (idle, scrolling, writing)
• [ ] Startup time
• [ ] Search performance
• [ ] Time loading large lists
• [ ] Scrolling through large lists
• [ ] Binary size

I use the Joplin flatpak for my notes, but I just found out about your notes app and I think I will enjoy it.

Joplin also has a cli version up on npm

I also use vim sometimes, like if the professor is talking and I don't have Joplin up yet, or if I need to take a quick note to put in a planner later

I think Google has a google drive notes thing, I don't remember
