[CI] Installation of Qt 6 via homebrew is taking a very long time #497

Homebrew appears to be compiling Qt 6 entirely from source, which is taking 2+ hours:

I'm not too familiar with homebrew, but I found a post by a homebrew developer, which seems to indicate that a recent update broke things on Big Sur (which is what we're using):

And here's a recent follow-up:

I don't think there's any workaround at the moment, so I've opened this issue to inform collaborators that you are free to cancel the Qt 6 homebrew job for the time being, if the dmg Qt 6 job passes.

Otherwise you'll have to wait for 2+ hours to download the build artifacts.
