NO SOUND in 10.7.4 with sf 1.6.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Input soundflower 2ch http://grab.by/e6Zg
2. output soundflower 2ch http://grab.by/e6Zi
3. soundflower app set to built in output  http://grab.by/e6Zk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to hear sound - I get no sound

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.2 on osx 10.7.4

Please provide any additional information below.
This was working for me at some point, I have run the uninstallation and 
reinstalled, repairing disc permissions inbetween, still cant get it to work.

I dont know how it worked, but installing AU Labs application fixed the issue 
for me and now soundflower will pass sound through the audio output. All I did 
was install the AU Labs software, open it once and then set the audio input and 
output to soundflower 2ch, and be sure built in output was selected in the 
soundflower application and it worked. 

Seems to have fixed the issue, AU Labs doesnt even have to be running.
