I am thinking it should look like this:
Application Preparation
Let us help you get started on your application process by having you answer the following questions about yourself. These questions have been created to help you draw upon your experiences and bring out your unique perspective that you would like to highlight in your application essays and interviews.
TAB 1: GOALS
Firstly, why are you interested in pursuing an MBA at this point of your career?
