you get a double http://http://apihost when you do a double installation

Scneario:

• you try to run nuv setup --apihost=something
• the setup fails (for example for the issue #54)
• you wrote in the configuration apihost=http://something
• you try again the setup
• the setup now uses the apihost=http://something
• you get in return http://http://something

because apihost is SUPPOSED to be a host only.

Do not write it in the config.yaml.

Is it needed to implement nuv wskprops? If you need to store somewhere the returned url, use nuvolarisapiurl key and not apihost, that should be always an hostnamen.
