Make explicit in some way we are waiting for the IP that is pending.
It can take a few minutes.
So we should have a message like:
waiting for the ip, it can take several minutes to get, and then a repeated message "still waiting for the IP" with 10 seconds of pause.
When we get the IP, show it.
Also it can be very confusiong if you use an old configuration file and you are not aware of it. So when you use the --configure or an existing configuration from a previous installation, we should warn the user and require a flag --use-config
