ui_pattern libraries are not altered by `hook_library_info_alter()` #151

So some modules might not work with it. For instance the core color module.

Its not possible for the module to alter colors in css files delivered with ui patterns.

It seems that patterns can be altered but new definitions cannot be added, check the committed code, I'll need to fix that.
