WIP: Timestamp stacks #36

Don't merge before sls is tagged and go.mod is updated

@nwb-adir could you please change timestamp to something more indicative? like function-name-suffix .
It can cause some confusion, and maybe even collision in the future, I see the --timestamp is already available for one of the serverless commands: https://serverless.com/framework/docs/providers/aws/cli-reference/rollback/

@nwb-ilan I changed timestamp to simply suffix, I'd rather not have something verbose like function-name-suffix in long and repetitive ymls
