The config system has been enhanced so both monitors and distributed hosts support a host= param. This allows two things

ability to make better use of multiple cpus on testing node by creating as many runners per machine as there are cpus
ability to use tunnels for monitors where the hostname is the same but the ports are different.

Needs documentation but currently the config file syntax seems undocumented anyway.
