Even if one of their requirements is >15 contributors, it would be worth to ask. If self-hosting perhaps another existing Discourse install would accept a new forum or we could setup one with minial contributions (small VPS, etc.).
There are other options that may seem easier to setup but the goal would be to avoid at all costs any proprietary services (Google groups, Facebook, etc.).
It would be useful to have public web forums for self support and discussion among sysPass users.
